Software Registration and Activation

This site is intended for you to quickly and easily register your AMS Suite: Intelligent Device Manager software package and receive the activation codes needed to complete your installation. You can use this site if you:

  • Are registering your AMS Device Manager package for the first time.
  • Would like copies of your existing activation codes.
  • Require new activation codes.

Your Access Code can be found on the Software Product Certificate included with your initial AMS Device Manager software shipment. If you elected to purchase a Foundation Support agreement for your package, your Access Code can also be used to access the Emerson Process Management Worldwide Technical Support website. From this site, you can access the Knowledge Base article database, obtain software downloads and submit support requests online.

The Disk Volume Serial # will be listed on the form created using the AMS Device Manager License Wizard. The Disk Volume Serial # can also be found by going to the Windows Command Prompt (CMD.exe or Command.exe) and entering Vol at the C:\ prompt. The serial number will be displayed on the second line and contains eight alpha/numeric characters.
