Spring-Loaded Pressure Reducing Regulators
Introduction
The CS800 Series direct‑operated,
spring-loaded regulators have been
engineered to fit a multitude of
pressure-reducing applications including
commercial and light industrial
installations.
This flexibility is provided by the
numerous body sizes and end
connections, outlet pressure settings,
orifice sizes and the option for internal or
external pressure registration.
In addition to application flexibility,
the CS800 Series offers numerous
overpressure protection options which
include an Internal Relief, High Capacity
Relief and Secondary Seat
TM
Protection.
The CS800 Series is in conformity with
the Pressure Equipment Directive PED
97/23/EC. The base regulator is classified
under Category I, the regulator with
slam-shut module is classified under
Category IV.
